In-home pet sitting provides your pet with the comforts of home while giving you peace of mind to
enjoy your time away, making the most of your vacation, business trip or work day.  This type of
care also provides your pet with a lower stress level while you are away from home.  Your pet(s)
will be able to stay in their bed and play with their toys while avoiding the disturbances of other
animals.  Our experience shows in our love of animals and we strive to make your dog, cat, horses,
or other pets as comfortable as possible.  We will be happy to look after other small pets such as
fish, reptiles, birds, hamsters, and rabbits.  
Full Service Vacation Sitting
(For those out of town and/or visits needed   
after 2:00 p.m. M-F in lieu of Work Day Dog

Feed pets their meals

Refresh water

Administer medications if needed

Clean litter box or cage

Clean up any accidents

Bring in mail, newspaper and packages

Take out trash & recycling - or bring

Give pets plenty of TLC (belly rubs, head

Today's fast paced world of last minute      
meetings and long workdays doesn't    
always make it easy to get home in time
to walk your dog.  Your solution is here -  
a mid-day dog walk/potty break.  

This service provides your dog with
companionship, exercise,  and playtime
during the day.  A mid-day visit/walk also           
helps  to decrease accidents, especially  
for puppies and the older dog, and makes       
your pet's day seem shorter!  This service
includes:  up to a  20 minute walk or visit,
refresh water bowl and a yummy biscuit.  

These are billed at the end of each month.
Overnight Stay in Your Home

                 Arrival: 8-9 p.m.
           Departure: 6 - 8 a.m.


For a flat fee we will stay the night in  
your home with your pets giving your
pets added companionship and
security  throughout the night.  

Your Critter Sitter will arrive at   
approximately 8-9 p.m. and depart   
between 6-8 a.m. the next morning.

Does your pet need to be dropped off  
and  picked up from the Vet or
Groomer?    Need your pet brought to
you at work or  Dog Park?   We offer our
Pet Limo Service  for $25 within 10
miles of  Lake  Forest/Eldorado Pkwy in
McKinney.  $.25 per mile thereafter.
              House Check

No Pets?  We also offer Home Security
checks which include rotating lights,
bringing in your mail and packages and
watering plants.  

This visit is for up to 15 minutes.  If you   
have several plants please note that the   
fee will be $12 per 15 minutes and the
length of time and fee will be at the  
discretion of All Critter Sitter Pet Sitting.
                                                ** HOLIDAY FEE **                                                    

There will be a holiday fee of 50% of the current rate in addition to regular rate charged for services on designated    
holidays. This fee is applied per visit on the following designated holidays only, and not for the entire service period. For  
example, service for 2 pets, needing 2 visits daily in McKinney from 7/3-7/5 is $20 per visit on 7/3 & 7/5. $30 per visit would   
be charged on 7/4.

Holidays included:  

New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New
Years Eve.
              Initial Meet & Greet
    
New Clients: A consultation fee in the amount of $20.00 for
30 minutes will be charged for time to meet with you and your
pet(s),  gather information on the proper care of your pet(s) and
home, as well as to review policies and procedures.

Re-Meet (for existing Clients):  For existing clients  
whom have a pet I deem necessary to re-meet due to  
shyness, etc., or for clients who request my time to come back
to the home prior to your next trip, for whatever reason, will be
charged $20.00 for 30 minutes.

                  Boarding Clause

If at any time your pet(s) displays any aggressive behavior
towards ACS during your absence, ACS reserves the right to
board your pet at a local kennel. Client will be responsible for
any visits ACS makes, Additional Time Charges incurred for
transportation as well as kennel boarding fees. Remaining,
unused visits will be credited towards any additional charges.
Any remaining credit due will be refunded. This is for the safety
of our staff as well as your pet(s).

                Returned Checks

There is a $35 fee for each check returned by the client’s bank.

           Delinquent Accounts

Late payments over 30 days will be assessed an additional
$30 fee per month. ACS reserves the right to refuse service for
non-payment.
                  Cancellation Policy:

Pet Sitting/Overnight Stay: Cancellations may be made  
7 days or more in advance of scheduled first visit. After that
period, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total of reservation will
be charged (i.e. $100.00 reservation, $25.00 cancellation fee).
A consultation fee may also apply. See New Clients. You may
request a refund of your remaining deposit balance, or have it
applied as credit towards future services.

Regularly Scheduled Mid-day Dog Walks:
Cancellations for services must be made at least 24 hours in
advance to avoid being charged for the cancelled visit.

                           Reservations

All Reservations must be made on our Reservations page
New Clients will be emailed over the forms ahead of time to fill
out prior to our initial Meet and Greet, existing clients will
receive an Invoice which secures their reservation.  ACS CAN
NOT ACCEPT TEXT OR VOICEMAIL FOR RESERVATIONS.   
Due to my schedule the online Reservations page ensures that
we won't miss your message/email/text and your pet(s) won't
be left alone.

Please note that holidays book up quickly so please make your
reservations early to hold a holiday reservation.  Payment for
all reservations are due at/or prior to your trip in the form of
check or cash.  New clients will pay for services scheduled
at our initial Meet and Greet, existing clients please mail your
payment to the address on my invoice.  If paying via cash I
will be happy to come pick up your payment in person or you
are welcome to schedule a time to meet me to drop it off.  
Please remember availability is on a first-come first-serve
basis. The more notice you provide, the better chance of
securing the dates you require. Sometimes emergencies do
arise, but a minimum of 2 weeks notice is preferred.
